Made-to-Order Products

All apparel and merchandise sold through the Light Tower Films online store are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

Each product is individually produced after an order is placed, helping minimize unnecessary inventory and waste.

Because our products are made specifically for each order, all sales are generally final, except in cases of damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, or where otherwise required by law.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Ordering the wrong size or color

• Changes of mind or buyer's remorse

• Personal preferences regarding fit or style

• Accidental purchases that have already entered production

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color options before completing their purchase.

Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from the images displayed on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, fabric, and printing processes.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we're happy to help make things right.

Please contact Light Tower Films within 30 days of receiving your order.

When submitting a claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

• Any additional details that may help us review your request

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, as appropriate.

You will not be required to return a qualifying damaged or defective item unless we provide specific instructions.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate.

Lost package claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes an order to be returned or prevents successful delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

Because our products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
